IDACORE Boise and North require a 12-month minimum term — significantly shorter than the 36-month minimums required by most enterprise data center providers. IDACORE East leases are structured for megawatt-scale AI deployments; contact us for terms.
What is included in IDACORE East's $200/kW/month price?
The $200/kW/month rate is all-in: power consumption is included with no variable pass-through billing, no separate power infrastructure fees, and no exposure to utility rate changes. Cross-connects and IP transit are priced separately.
What does Boise per-U colocation include?
Per-U colocation at $125/month includes one rack unit of space and 500W of power. IP transit is priced separately at $0.50/Mbps/month with 1G, 10G, and 100G port options.
